About The Position
The Director Practice & Provider Engagement (DPPE) is a pivotal role focused on developing and implementing strategic clinical initiatives to enhance population health management and provider engagement within SoNE Health. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to improve clinical outcomes, reduce costs, and expand the physician network. The DPPE will lead efforts in provider engagement, onboarding, and communication, while also establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of these strategies.
