About The Position
The Director, Practice Operations is a pivotal role within Privia Health, responsible for managing the region's clinically integrated multi-specialty practices to drive performance results and oversee operational strategy specifically for the state of Florida. This position requires a strategic leader who can coordinate with the Strategic Operations team to establish processes and make key decisions that define the market structure. The Director will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for improvement by leading Monthly Operating Review meetings that assess financial and clinical KPI metrics. In addition to operational oversight, the Director will facilitate the transformational journey for all physician practices in the region, transitioning from a Fee-For-Service model to a Value-Based Care approach. This role involves presenting and reporting in formal market meetings, including board meetings, physician leadership meetings, and town halls, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged in the operational strategies. The Director will also lead operational teams and key strategic initiatives that support market growth and value creation, utilizing performance financial and operational analytics to guide decision-making across physician practices and various business units. The position requires a proactive approach to managing multiple projects while providing exceptional client service, ensuring that all operational goals align with the overall mission of improving patient health and provider well-being. The Director will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
