About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, mass communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of PR agency or brand experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead regional teams in developing and executing global strategies.
  • Detailed understanding of general PR and marketing principles.
  • Advanced analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong consumer focus and passion for product and brand building.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically build and coordinate global consumer PR and Influencer strategies and activations.
  • Develop detailed annual planning for brand and product support and storytelling.
  • Drive communication strategies for coordinated marketing campaigns, product launches, and collaborations.
  • Identify real-time quick-strike opportunities while leading strategy and activation.
  • Plan and complete in-market activations and product showcasing events for consumers and media.
  • Craft strategies, tools, and templates to scale PR-focused marketing and influencer activations globally.
  • Coordinate with the PR agency for progress updates, project tracking, and budget management.
  • Build detailed PR activation plans for Global Marketing, including media materials and timelines.
  • Coordinate with regional teams for local implementation of PR strategies.
  • Continuously measure and analyze the value of PR to guide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
  • Offer strategic advice to the coordinated marketing group regarding PR assistance and event activations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to establish objectives, budgets, and ROI measures for events.
  • Monitor media trends in footwear and related categories to activate strategies as needed.
