About The Position

As the Director, Power Infrastructure Construction, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the expansion and reliability of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s data center portfolio by leading the delivery of large-scale power infrastructure projects. Your leadership will directly influence the successful execution of complex utility, substation, transmission, and on-site power projects required to support hyperscale data center development. You will lead and develop a high-performing team of construction managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Oversee large-scale power projects supporting data center developments.
Ensuring that power infrastructure programs are planned, executed, and managed effectively to meet schedule, budget, quality, and strategic requirements.
Lead the delivery of large-scale power infrastructure projects.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of construction managers while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale power infrastructure construction programs supporting data center developments.
Align developer- and utility-led efforts with organizational objectives.
