About The Position
As the Director, Power Infrastructure Construction, you will be at the forefront of shaping the delivery strategy for large-scale power infrastructure programs that enable data center growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving execution certainty, safety excellence, financial discipline, and long-term operational reliability across multiple campuses and regions. You will build and lead a high-performing team responsible for overseeing complex, developer-led power infrastructure projects while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and capital deployment strategies. Strategically, you will establish and implement construction governance frameworks that strengthen schedule performance, cost control, risk management, and quality outcomes across the portfolio. You will engage closely with power developers, contractors, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to provide clear visibility into delivery performance and proactively mitigate emerging risks. Your ability to anticipate challenges, guide mitigation strategies, and scale organizational capability will be essential to maintaining predictable delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. From a portfolio leadership perspective, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives, refine construction standards, and ensure safety and compliance expectations are consistently met across all projects.
