At CLA, our family members in Deal Services focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. In Post Merger Integrations Services at CLA, you will focus on providing strategic guidance on a broad range of technical accounting, financial reporting, transaction structures and capital markets topics. You will advise clients on complex accounting advisory and financial reporting issues around deals and other transformational business events that may impact an organization’s value. The Opportunity: As part of the Post Merger Integrations Services technical advisory team, you are expected to advise private equity firms and other closely held businesses as they undergo major transitions such as mergers and buy-side carve outs while mitigating risk, minimizing disruption to the business, and ultimately helping them evolve to the new platform’s operating and reporting model. As a Manager you are responsible for leading teams and managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, building client trust by being proactive and responsive, and maintaining top standards in our engagements.
