About The Position

Realty Operations is the engine behind Walmart's expansion, responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering new store locations nationwide. Our team collaborates across design, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure every project aligns with Walmart's mission and business goals. In this role, you'll be at the center of high-impact projects, working with top leaders and partners to drive strategic growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, or related field and 5 years' experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area OR 7 years' experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area
• 1 year's supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of real estate professionals in new store site development
• Oversee market analysis, site selection, deal negotiation, and project management
• Present recommendations to leadership and manage executive-level meetings
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with company policies and foster a culture of integrity and innovation
