About The Position
The Director of Project Management Office (PMO) Strategy and Management at Lawson Products is responsible for establishing and leading the PMO as a standalone entity. This role focuses on ensuring the success of the organization's primary business initiatives by creating and implementing standardized PMO processes and frameworks that align projects with organizational goals. Initially an individual contributor, the position is designed to evolve into a leadership role overseeing a team of project managers as the organization grows. Success is measured by the effective execution and delivery of the company's highest-priority initiatives.
