About The Position

Proven and collaborative leader accountable for shaping and delivering best-in-class constituent experience platform and product management strategy, strategic roadmap development, value realization, and execution in partnership with organizational and digital/IS&T stakeholders. Leads platform/product teams and ensures digital products and platforms are scalable, secure, high quality, and aligned with clinical, operational, and business goals. Champions a product-centric culture and drives innovation and continuous improvement across digital consumer ecosystems and emerging technologies. Blends strategic vision, technical expertise, financial acumen, and influential leadership to deliver seamless, sustainable, user-centered, and outcomes-driven digital experiences at enterprise scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field or High School Diploma/GED and 10 years preferred work experience.
  • 7 years in platform/product management, technical leadership, or related roles within large-scale, complex organizations and 5 years managing teams of product owners, managers, or platform contributors.
  • Strong collaboration across engineering, product, UX/UI, IS&T, and marketing disciplines, with ability to promote engineering-centric thinking and user empathy.
  • Skilled in balancing strategic vision, technical feasibility, and user needs while governing scalable software engineering systems for consistency and efficiency.
  • Ability to influence leadership and align engineering strategy with business objectives, anticipating industry shifts (AI, personalization, compliance) to keep solutions future-ready.
  • Proven experience driving organizational change, managing ambiguity, and sponsoring major initiatives to ensure long-term success.
  • Healthcare digital and IS&T experience, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms (AEM, ServiceNow, Unily, Salesforce) and custom application delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline.
  • 10 years in enterprise product management, portfolio-level planning, and governance in healthcare, higher education, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration across platform/product, UX/UI, software engineering, IS&T, and marketing disciplines, with ability to promote product-centric thinking and user empathy.

Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with enterprise stakeholders, lead discovery, definition, and execution of platform and product management vision and strategy for digital consumer platforms and products aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Recruit, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of platform managers, product owners, and related contributors to support scalable delivery and operational maturity.
  • Partner closely with UX/UI, software engineering, other IS&T teams, clinical and operational leaders, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive, compliant, and optimized end-to-end digital experiences.
  • Oversee platform and product performance, including governance, compliance, analytics, and risk management, to generate actionable insights and validate strategic decisions.
  • Shared accountability for platform architecture, integrations, security, and reliability of digital solutions across multiple platforms, with clear metrics for success.
  • Influence decision-making through compelling storytelling—presenting product rationale, demos, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to executives and internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Guide and govern the creation of product roadmaps, requirements, and release plans, ensuring quality, business alignment, and measurable experience outcomes
