Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years proven leadership experience in food manufacturing or related industry
Strong business acumen and experience managing plant financial performance
Deep knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance (HACCP, PCQI, etc.)
Experience leading through change and driving continuous improvement
Ability to inspire teams, build trust, and hold leaders accountable

Responsibilities

Lead all plant operations to deliver on safety, quality, production, and financial performance
Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams and frontline leaders
Champion a culture of safety, food safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost performance
Manage plant budgets, capital planning, and long-term investment strategy
Analyze performance metrics and P&L to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, and Sales to achieve business goals
Lead capital projects, facility upgrades, and capacity expansion initiatives
Strengthen employee engagement and reinforce our employee-owner culture
