This Director-level position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company's aircraft, ensuring the transportation of executives and clients to various destinations. The successful candidate must possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5,000 hours total flying time, including 2,000 hours turbine/multi-engine time.
  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certification
  • First-Class Medical Certificate from the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)

Nice To Haves

  • Gulfstream G650 type rating highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operate aircraft safely and efficiently, adhering to all aviation regulations and company policies.
  • Create and implement detailed flight plans, considering weather conditions, fuel requirements, and potential obstacles.
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections of aircraft systems and equipment, including engines, landing gear, and navigation systems.
  • Coordinate with air traffic control personnel during take-off, flight, and landing to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage in-flight emergencies using problem-solving skills and comprehensive knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers by addressing their needs and communicating flight details.
