About The Position

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Director Talent Acquisition, Operations. This person will function as a non-physician executive who partners with the President, COO, and Executive team of Sentara Medical Group. This person will lead a provider recruitment team, build processes and work with key stakeholders. The TA Director is responsible for providing leadership for medical group physicians, practitioners recruitment, employment contracting, credentialing, and onboarding and physician/provider relations. The Director serves on leadership committees as assigned and contributes toward leadership of the organization to achieve the highest level of organizational success. This director will report into TA and have interactions with VP's, business leaders and hospital presidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Previous budgeting experience required.
• 10+ years of healthcare experience required.
• Previous performance improvement experience required.
• Program development experience required.
• Strategic planning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a provider recruitment team.
• Build processes and work with key stakeholders.
• Provide leadership for medical group physicians and practitioners recruitment.
• Oversee employment contracting, credentialing, and onboarding.
