Job Summary Oversees the administrative and operations activities of multiple Lourdes Physician Group (LOPG) clinical practice sites focusing on physician relationships, staff relations, customer service, and financial management. Assures that medical equipment and other physical properties are maintained in good operational condition. Effectively plans and directs multiple site operations by coordinating administrative policy, physician preferences, and patient needs. Supervises clinic managers and indirectly supervises clinic staff. Oversees special projects, acquisitions, and start-up new practices. Minimum Requirements Experience - 5 years management experience (Master's degree plus 1 year experience may substitute for 5 years' experience) Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience with High School diploma/GED Or Master's Degree plus 1 year experience Apply now!
