About The Position
This position is responsible for the management and overall operations of Pharmacy services within Lakeview Health with 24/7 accountability. The individual in this position is expected to achieve operating results through strategic thinking, maintain a customer focus, build relationships, develop people, and motivate and engage teams while ensuring cost effective quality care, and excellent patient experience. The Pharmacy Director participates in developing strategic and operational plans for the department and directs all aspects of patient care and services to assure that the organization mission, vision, values, strategic plan and policies and procedures are consistently met. Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE; M-F Days
