About The Position

The Director of Personalization and Communication is a pivotal leadership role within the North America Marketing team at Coach.   • Leverage data analytics to gather insights on customer behavior and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Martech COE team to implement necessary tools for personalization.
  • Integrate the Coach Insider program into everyday communication and measure its impact.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate personalization and communication strategies.
  • Manage relationships with MarTech, CRM, and Creative Agency vendors.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing personalization initiatives.
