The Director of Performance Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy, execution and optimization of all digital and performance-driven marketing initiatives to drive growth, client acquisition and incremental return on investment. This role will oversee the management of external agency relationships, partner closely with Human Resources to attract and recruit top talent and collaborate with field marketing teams to ensure alignment across channels and markets. The Director will also lead SEO strategy and manage online reputation through reviews and ratings platforms. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping how performance marketing supports both brand campaigns and localized market efforts and drives growth for the organization.
