About The Position
Holy Cross is looking to hire a dynamic Director to lead the Performance Improvement Department. In accord with the mission and core values of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health, organizes and directs the Maryland Region's internal clinical, and operational improvement practice. The director is guided by the hospital's strategic, budget and operating plans, works to improve performance and promotes the efficient and effective use of human and material resources. Primarily achieves success through promotion of effective design, measurement and analysis of key processes and outcomes. Establishes and maintains effective relationships with other members of Executive Administration Team, with leaders of the Medical Staffs and with members of the Management Team and their staff. Maintains contact with appropriate staff at Trinity Health, with leaders in the performance improvement field and with experts in analysis and process design.
