FanDuel is looking for a Director, Performance and Talent Management to drive our performance and talent management strategy and processes. You will play a key role on the People Team to develop and implement initiatives in areas including performance management, talent management, and talent development programs. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow and build programs that will impact the experience of our 4,000+ employees at FanDuel, both in the U.S. and internationally. In this role, you will lead the enhancement of FanDuel's performance management framework and develop strategies to identify, support, and grow critical talent across the organization. You'll design an internal talent identification strategy and create practical tools for people leaders to drive performance, strengthen succession planning, and support employee development. Your work will ensure we attract, retain, and develop the skills needed to meet our business goals while building a strong internal pipeline for future leadership. By implementing effective talent and performance initiatives, you'll play a key role in shaping FanDuel as an employer of choice and delivering measurable results from our talent investments.
