About The Position

The Performance and Business Intelligence Director will manage data analysis and business operations for RAS professional Services. This is a leadership role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment of data analytics and operational procedures to meet business objectives - and will manage a small team. This position will work closely with data engineers and end uses to manage the integrity of our data feeds, the establishment of sound data integrity practices, our data compliance, and the development and delivery of analytics and reporting to RSS members and our clients. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Requirements

10 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
Strong understanding of data analysis, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
Advanced Knowledge of data analysis tools and software
Collaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs
Deriving insights and action items through analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
Prior experience in managing a high performing team

Nice To Haves

12 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or 10 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 5 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Payment industry experience preferred
Big data and advanced language experience preferred (AWS, Hadoop, Data Bricks, Python, Spark)
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a leadership position
