Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, insights, data analytics, or strategy within an agency or brand-side environment.
  • A proven ability to drive strategic conversations with clients and uncover new opportunities for data-driven growth.
  • A deep curiosity about human behavior and cultural shifts, using insights to shape marketing strategies.
  • A strong grasp of research methodologies, brand strategy, and marketing models to inform decision-making.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and persuasive recommendations.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (social, creators, paid media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.) and analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Tubular, Brandwatch, Captiv8, etc.).
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field.
