As a Director of People Services Compliance, Analytics, Reporting, and Data, you thrive on creating strategic opportunities to connect data and planning together. As a fast-paced industry, QTS looks to leverage data in our decision-making processes, and you look to be the person driving that conversation. By Driving the identity and designing scalable opportunities for applying predictive analytics, you will have an opportunity to advance people insights and enhance core HR processes and outcomes, along with implementing AI machine learning and automation. In partnership with the various People Services functions (Learning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Operations, etc.), you and your team will provide data critical to analyzing QTS’s performance in differing areas. Additionally, by developing a holistic roadmap for our people data, you will have the opportunity to ensure systems are optimized, teams are working collaboratively together, and we have a strong connection between our processes and technology needs. As a subject matter expert, you will have the opportunity to empower our leadership teams with data driven intelligence and predictive capabilities, that lead to informed strategic decision making.
