We are seeking a (Senior) Director of People Operations to build and scale the infrastructure, systems, and processes that support our employees and enable our next stage of growth. This is a senior leadership role responsible for designing a world-class People Operations function in a high-growth environment where clarity, efficiency, and scalability are essential. The ideal candidate has deep People Operations expertise and significant experience implementing Workday or similar enterprise HRIS systems from the ground up. They understand what scale requires and can anticipate future needs while building solutions that work for today. This includes the ability to lead discovery, select the right technologies, drive implementation, and establish sustainable long-term systems architecture. This leader will also guide the People team’s AI strategy. They will leverage AI tools to improve accuracy, speed, and the employee experience, and will be responsible for ensuring adoption and capability-building across the People function. Additionally, this role oversees total rewards, including compensation and benefits, and serves as a critical partner to Finance and leadership during cycles of growth and organizational expansion.
