About The Position
Tekion is going through an exciting time as we scale for the future. As the Director, Global People Operations, reporting to our Chief People Officer, you will set the vision and strategy for Global People Operations function by refreshing, innovating, and optimizing our People processes, and tools to create excellent manager and employee experience. We are seeking a strategic leader who has prior experience building from the ground up in an early stage, high-growth tech company. This role will need to be capable of pivoting between high-level strategic thinking and vision setting and being the executor with a high level of accountability and a strong bias for action. Individual should have strong experience in a software company and building shared services and working with India. This will be a remote resident role anywhere in the continental US. This role requires heavy experience in HR Operations with a global company.
