About The Position

The Director, People Insights role at Mastercard is a strategic position within the Global People Insights Team, focused on enhancing employee experience and shaping talent strategy through data-driven insights. Requirements

  • Experience providing innovative advanced analytical solutions with lasting impact.
  • Understanding of the HR functional domain through hands-on experience or research.
  • Experience in relationship building and managing internal or external clients.
  • Proven experience in developing insights and narratives for an Executive audience.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • End-to-end problem-solving and communication abilities, including data cleaning, analysis, and presentation.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
  • Openness to feedback and strong self-awareness.
  • Ability to work within data governance and privacy standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and insights related to the employee lifecycle and key HR areas.
  • Develop and deliver compelling data-driven stories for senior executives.
  • Collaborate proactively with HR Leaders to provide thought leadership for analysis projects.
  • Work across technical and consulting teams to execute on the analytics roadmap.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in people analytics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance by partnering with Data Privacy & Governance teams.
