Today, People Analytics at McDonald’s is at a very exciting stage of evolution within the Enterprise Data Analytics and AI function. We are building groundbreaking data technology and insights to drive business growth through people. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global People Insights, and will lead a team of People Analytics Business Partners to support the People Leadership Teams around global markets as well as McDonald’s franchisees. The Director, People Insights Business Partner, will lead a team of People Analytics Business Partners in developing data-driven strategies to optimize employee engagement, drive organizational effectiveness, and support strategic HR initiatives. This role bridges data science, HR strategy, and business leadership, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across McDonald’s global markets and franchise network.
