About The Position
The Director, People (HRBP) at Ambry Genetics is responsible for providing HR consultation and hands-on execution in people strategy, change management, and leadership development for assigned business groups. This role involves forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that align with the organization's business objectives. The Director serves as an employee advocate while balancing business strategies and maintaining a strong understanding of the business unit's financial position, culture, and competition. As a critical member of the HR Leadership Team, this position drives full cycle Human Resources services to senior leaders and their respective organizations.
