Your scope will span onboarding, manager development, leadership development, and learning tools and platforms. You’ll measure impact, use feedback and data to iterate, and make sure our programs grow with the business. You’ll also build and lead a small but mighty team and partnering closely with our People Partners and Talent & Performance Programs Lead to deliver experiences that make Vanta’ns more effective, engaged, and likely to stay and grow here.

  • Own the end-to-end People Enablement strategy, from vision and program design to execution and scaling.
  • Lead and refine company-wide onboarding to set new Vanta’ns up for success.
  • Build and deliver programs that develop strong, effective managers.
  • Create pathways that prepare leaders for greater scope and impact.
  • Select and manage platforms that enable scalable, self-service learning.
  • Track program effectiveness, gather feedback, and iterate to maximize impact and retention.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and the Talent/Performance Programs Lead to align initiatives with business priorities.
  • Build, lead, and inspire a small but mighty team to deliver high-quality enablement programs.
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Enablement, or related fields, with at least 2 years leading teams.
  • Proven track record in designing and scaling onboarding, manager, and leadership development programs in high-growth environments.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link people development initiatives to company performance and culture.
  • Skilled in leveraging learning platforms and tools to create engaging, scalable learning experiences.
  • Exceptional collaborator and communicator, with experience influencing and partnering across all levels of an organization.
