JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Vice President People & Culture, the Director People & Culture will partner with a team of highly engaged leaders and have a responsibility to drive talent, business transformation, cultural evolution, operational performance, change management and engagement to lead and support the creation of sustained competitive advantage for the West Area. The Director People & Culture will partner and provide a broad range of HR leadership in support of the objectives of the business, drive significant new human resources initiatives, and ensure that all human resources and employment initiatives reflect the Culture of the Company.
