About The Position

The position involves leading a team to consistently deliver and drive results that achieve and promote greater Enterprise outcomes. This is accomplished through effective allocation and delegation to cultivate the team's ability to grow, develop, and produce best-in-class products and solutions, configuration and support solutions, and reporting and analytics solutions, all with a customer obsession mindset. The role requires recommending best-in-class innovative solutions to align with roadmap outcomes and acting as a collaborative partner within digital insights and capabilities teams, IT, technical and analytics teams, business stakeholders, and internal Operations & Transformation (OT) to foster togetherness, optimize solution value, and drive continuous process improvement. The position also involves providing end-to-end support, collaboration across dashboards, and portfolio ownership based on area of expertise. The candidate will consistently inspire innovative out-of-the-box process thinking, navigate change effectively to achieve successful adoption for the team, and promote growth programs at all levels to support effective succession planning. Additionally, the role requires developing human-centered solutions and recommendations to drive decisions, leveraging data insights to drive how solutions are delivered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Typically requires 7 years in area of expertise, including 3 years of management level experience.
  • Ability to develop strategies and translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in recommending digital roadmap items to optimize capabilities.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams toward individual and team goals.
  • Experience in leading teams of Product Owners with consultative and technical approaches.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
  • Open to learning and championing cutting-edge technology.
