Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • 5 years business partnering at a senior level.
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business context quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in the design and execution of key people initiatives.
  • Detail oriented with strong communication, project management, and influencing skills.
  • Critical thinking skills with solid judgment and strong initiatives.
  • Ability to leverage data and derive insights to drive action.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage business understanding and talent data to develop and implement an effective People strategy.
  • Build relationships throughout the organization to enhance culture and employee experience.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent.
  • Provide strategic business partnership and coaching to senior leaders.
  • Lead annual goal setting and year-end evaluation with business leaders.
  • Lead employee relations and ensure HomeServe's People and Customer promises are upheld.
  • Lead change initiatives to enhance HR processes, programs, and policies.
  • Ensure delivery of human resources in a consistent and efficient manner.
