This role will drive data-informed decision-making across workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workday and advanced analytics tools to transform complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership. This role is a Hybrid position based out of Warren, NJ.
