About The Position

The Director of People Analytics & Insights provides strategic leadership for the design, delivery, and evolution of people analytics. This role partners and collaborates with key HR COE Stakeholders and leadership, as well as Finance, IT, and our executive leadership team to translate workforce data into actionable insights that drive business performance, inform talent strategy, and enable evidence-based decision-making across the organization. The Director leads the development of scalable analytics frameworks, advanced reporting, predictive models, and data governance practices to ensure high-quality, trusted, and impactful workforce insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or workforce data roles.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics teams.
  • Strong expertise in HR data domains and enterprise HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, performance, compensation).
  • Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level insights and influencing decision-making through data.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience in large, multi-location or complex organizations.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R).
  • Experience with predictive modeling and advanced statistical techniques.
  • Strong understanding of employment data privacy and compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR data and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and HR priorities.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advisor to senior HR and business leaders on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Champion a data-driven culture within HR and across the enterprise.
  • Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, scorecards, and analytics across key HR domains (e.g., talent acquisition, retention, engagement, performance, compensation, benefits, workforce planning).
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Advance predictive and prescriptive analytics (e.g., attrition modeling, workforce demand forecasting, pay equity analysis, etc.).
  • Establish data governance, quality standards, and definitions for HR data in partnership with HRIS, IT, and Finance.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of workforce data across systems and reports.
  • Own and optimize HR analytics platforms, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT teams on system enhancements, integrations, and roadmap planning.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging analytics technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
  • Partner with Finance on workforce cost modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Support enterprise initiatives with data-driven insights tied to organizational performance and outcomes.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR analytics team.
  • Establish clear priorities, workflows, and standards for analytics delivery.
  • Mentor team members and foster continuous learning in analytics, storytelling, and business acumen.
