This role reporting to the VP, People Digital Services and Analytics combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution: you will shape our people-analytics strategy, lead a team of analysts and data engineers, and deliver actionable insights through Workday and modern analytics technologies. The ideal candidate brings strong HR domain knowledge, Workday expertise, deep analytics background and a track record of translating complex data into clear, impactful narratives for business leaders.
