About The Position
We are seeking a Director PCU for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? The Director PCU is responsible to the Chief Nursing Officer for nursing services provided in the Med Surg department. The Nursing Director creates a common vision to facilitate quality improvement in the delivery of patient care in support of the organization's mission, vision and values. The Director is also responsible for the supervision of assigned personnel. The position requires intimate knowledge of both department and hospital policies and procedures relevant to the delivery of nursing care.
