About The Position
As a Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will be a part of our growing People team to help our business meet its goals. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative workplace and culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to a rapidly growing organization. The People team's role is to attract, recruit, retain, develop, and motivate FBG team members to build an even stronger brand in talent and to contribute to a high-performing organization. The Director will partner directly with FBG's Casino, Sportsbook, and VIP team.
