The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in payroll administration, compliance with relevant regulations, and expertise in payroll software systems. This role involves overseeing payroll operations, managing payroll-related inquiries, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The Director of Payroll will also collaborate closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data and support organizational goals.
