Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum five (5) years previous account management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience with project governance, including adherence to standards, change management, requirements management.
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in healthcare audit recovery environment preferred
  • Minimum four (4) years working collaboratively with Information Technology and multiple organizational departments
  • Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audience
  • This role requires strong leadership, project management, and process optimization skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead PI product architect and project management areas to include process design, requirement gathering, product implementation, and project financials across PI for project delivery.
  • Provides direction and oversight for project execution to ensure both client and company business and revenue objectives are met.
  • Partners and collaborates with senior leaders, internal clinical and business stakeholders, and/or external clients to ensure plan and scope is aligned with project objectives.
  • Play critical role in project leadership team, formal departmental reporting, performance metrics, and driving the quality and timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Contribute directly to projects, assist assigned team by providing direction and deadlines to ensure quality, timely completion of tasks, risk mitigation, and meeting internal/external go-live commitments.
  • Strengthen, develop and implement scalable project management strategies, methodologies, models and best practices resulting in timely project delivery, client satisfaction, and meeting/exceeding internal revenue goals.
  • Assist in key inputs and oversight related to capacity and PI product pricing models.
  • Assist in SOW review and input, working collaboratively with Legal, Sales, and/or Account Management.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a contact for process-related discussions and inquiries.

  • The pay range for this position is $137,100.00 - $195,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
