About The Position

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care Eating Disorders Unit for RWJ Somerset Medical Center.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current New Jersey RN Licensure.
• BLS required (American Heart Association).
• Psychiatric nursing experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred.
• Eating Disorder experience preferred.
• Nursing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Eating Disorder Unit.
• Oversee a 20 bed Eating Disorder Unit that cares for adolescents and adults with eating disorders (ages 14-17 and 18 and up).
• Be an integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ Somerset.
• Have 24/7 responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care.
• Recruit and manage multiple teams to improve quality and customer satisfaction.
