About The Position

The Director, Parts Fulfillment provides strategic and operational leadership for Packaging’s aftermarket (AM) parts fulfillment hub, translating Packaging’s global fulfillment model into reliable execution. The Director is accountable for delivery performance, inventory health, and process discipline that ensures customers receive the right parts with speed, accuracy, and consistency. In addition to hub accountability, the Director partners to accelerate activity at other manufacturing/fulfillment sites to maintain alignment with Packaging standards and customer expectations. Success depends on balancing day-to-day operational execution with building team capability, advancing process standardization, and embedding ERPenabled practices that strengthen performance and scalability. The Director partners closely with peers across East, Central, and West in North America, as well as international counterparts, to operate as a cohesive leadership team — ensuring fulfillment practices are consistent, customer experience is seamless, and Packaging delivers a unified standard of service worldwide.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in operations, fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume fulfillment operations and deliver measurable KPI improvements.
  • Experience with ERP systems and operational reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading leaders and building scalable team capability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; operations, supply chain, or business-related field preferred.
  • Flexibility to take on evolving responsibilities in response to business needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership Lead aftermarket parts fulfillment operations for the assigned hub. Coordinate fulfillment activities with other fulfillment sites, ensuring alignment with Packaging standards.
  • Accountable for KPIs including on-time delivery, order accuracy, fill rate, and inventory health. Partner with Customer Service, Field Service, and Supply Chain teams to address escalations and strengthen responsiveness.
  • Process Standardization & Alignment Implement standardized fulfillment processes across the hub and other fulfillment sites, aligned with Packaging-wide practices.
  • Ensure disciplined ERP usage and reporting accuracy, supporting enterprise enablement and optimization. Share insights and practices with peers to strengthen consistency.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that raise efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory & Logistics Management Oversee inventory health, aligning stock with demand, reducing obsolescence, and supporting availability.
  • Collaborate with central supply chain and logistics teams to optimize replenishment and network flow. Maintain visibility into stock levels at hub and other fulfillment sites, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • People Leadership & Development Lead a team of fulfillment leaders and managers, reinforcing accountability, clarity, and performance.
  • Provide coaching, development, and succession planning for key roles in partnership with People team. Foster a culture of safety, care, and continuous improvement across operations.
  • Regional & Enterprise Collaboration Partner with peer Directors, Parts Fulfillment in East, Central, and West as well as international counterparts to align practices, share insights, and strengthen Packaging’s global fulfillment network.
  • Serve as a hub voice in Packaging-wide initiatives, providing operational data and perspective to inform enterprise fulfillment strategy. Support ERP enablement and future-state capabilities by piloting, refining, and scaling initiatives.
