As Director, Partnerships & Alliances at Hugo, you will be responsible for building and nurturing a diverse network of individuals and organizations that drive new business referrals and long-term collaborations. You will create, manage, and scale Hugo’s partnership ecosystem, including our ambassador, referral, and consultant programs, while also managing a small number of strategic technology alliances. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in conversations, loves meeting new people, and would rather be at a networking event than behind a desk. You are energized by connecting dots, following up with precision, and building systems that turn great introductions into lasting partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll work closely with Marketing and the broader Revenue team to ensure Hugo’s partnerships contribute meaningfully to our growth.
