About The Position

The Director, Partnership Solutions will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing sellable programs, assets, and sponsorship ideas that align with brand objectives and provide tangible value for both Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) and its partners. This role will closely work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the other internal departments, such as Marketing and Corporate Partnerships, to ideate, develop, and refine marketable platforms that create mutual benefit across the organization’s functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entertainment or sports marketing, sponsorship strategy, and partnership development while demonstrating the ability to innovate and operationalize new revenue-generating concepts. This position will be a key driver of LAFC’s commercial growth by developing compelling partnership opportunities that are attractive to brands and seamlessly integrate into the club's ecosystem. LAFC is currently operating on a hybrid work model with a minimum of 1 – 2 in-office days per week. Please note that this may vary by role, and your scheduled in-office days are up to the discretion of your supervisor.
