Spring EQ's growth is highly dependent on securing new partnerships through mortgage portfolios, other lenders, and trusted brands to offer Spring EQ products while helping partners retain and attract customers. This role will lead the strategy and execution behind bringing new enterprise-level partners into the ecosystem while re-engaging legacy partnerships to unlock renewed revenue opportunities. A critical aspect of this role includes defining scalable outreach strategies, building a robust pipeline of targeted prospects, and ensuring CRM accuracy and forecasting discipline across the team.
