About The Position

The Director of Partnership Management at Lenovo is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships within partnership marketing, generating industry insights, and leading collaboration among various internal and external stakeholders. This role focuses on enhancing Lenovo's brand awareness and ensuring effective management of external agencies to deliver tangible business results while maintaining compliance with marketing codes and policies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years working in a Marketing role.
  • Proven experience in partnership management.
  • Expertise in Agency Collaboration and Management.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong knowledge of partnership marketing intricacies and networks to generate industry insights.
  • Cultivate robust relationships with rights owners and agencies to maximize asset value.
  • Provide leadership and marketing skills to inspire collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Grow Lenovo's brand awareness through the development of a clear strategy measured by brand health scores.
  • Work closely with Global Sales Organizations to utilize contractual benefits and maintain corporate reputation.
  • Manage external agencies for ideation, implementation, and delivery of results within budget.
  • Deliver tangible business results through objective setting and measurement across the portfolio.
  • Maintain a strong internal control and compliance environment consistent with Lenovo's Marketing Code.
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of the partnership marketing landscape, including sports and entertainment.
  • Support Lenovo's Partnership Steering Committee on strategy, planning, and execution across initiatives.
  • Implement strategies supporting core brand and business objectives.
