We are seeking a highly motivated professional with a background and an interest in the beauty industry to serve as a Director of Partnerships. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate sales leads, manage inbound client inquiries from the Goodkind site, nurture existing partner relationships, and most importantly, take ownership and accountability for executing the sales plan. This role is a critical revenue-generating position focused on acquiring new brand partners and nurturing existing relationships to drive sales growth.The individual must possess a thorough understanding of revenue management and strong negotiation and project management skills. This is a cross-functional role with management responsibility for new and existing brand partners. The successful candidate thinks proactively rather than reactively, and has the ability to identify potential challenges and resolve problems quickly. They must have strong communication skills, excellent follow-up, and be detail-oriented. Finally, the DPD must have a passion for product development, be fluent in the trends of the beauty industry, and be curious about formulation and sustainability innovation.
