We are a team of physicians, scientists, entrepreneurs, researchers and White House advisors, backed by leading technology and healthcare investors working to re-imagine and re-build OUD treatment in America. We’re looking for a Director of Partner Sales and Referral Growth to lead and scale our field-based referral team. This person will lead the full referral sales cycle—from prospecting to closing agreements to nurturing long-term relationships with community organizations, clinics, and treatment centers. This is a player-coach role that involves developing and enhancing our partnerships strategy, along with owning partnership development within your own portfolio. We’re looking for someone who can balance big-picture leadership with boots-on-the-ground execution to expand our referral network in key markets.
