About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a transformative partner program. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner program creation, strategy development, and operational execution.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize, document, and communicate complex initiatives effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with experience presenting at the executive level.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives in high-stakes, complex environments.
  • Agile and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and communication tools such as Slack and Email.
  • Experience with documentation repositories (Confluence, SharePoint) and project management software (Smartsheet, Jira).
  • Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua).
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance strategy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Design and refine partner program strategies to accelerate engagement, adoption, and mutual growth, translating them into detailed execution plans.
  • Oversee operational execution of initiatives from planning to implementation, ensuring effective operationalization and performance tracking.
  • Leverage advanced data analysis to identify trends, develop hypotheses, and make data-driven decisions to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain systems for progress tracking, reporting performance metrics, and providing executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, project roadmaps, and knowledge repositories to promote transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate internal and external enablement, awareness, and communication to ensure partners and internal stakeholders understand program value and objectives.
