About The Position
Affirm is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Director of Strategic Partnerships Growth to lead and expand some of our most important strategic relationships. This individual will be responsible for driving tangible growth outcomes—not just maintaining partner relationships—by identifying new opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and leading cross-functional execution. You will play a key leadership role in evolving how we approach partnerships, with a focus on scalable impact and long-term value creation. You’ll collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to ensure we are delivering exceptional results through our partner ecosystem.
