As the Director, Partner Development and Growth , you will support the development and execution of partnership growth initiatives within the insurance and affinity ecosystem. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with partners and internal teams to expand distribution, strengthen relationships, and deliver meaningful business outcomes for our Flo and Moen brand of products. You will play an important role in bringing together cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience, to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused programs. This role is well suited for a relationship-oriented professional who values collaboration, shared success, and creating positive experiences for partners and customers.
