Directors, Social are ultimately responsible for building and managing high-performing, efficient and effective teams to best service their clients. Their top priorities are strong client growth/retention and employee growth/retention. Directors, Social should be able to lead cross-functional teams to deliver excellent paid social strategy and performance recommendations for their clients based on DEPT’s best practices. They are effective communicators who can inspire and motivate teams to achieve and exceed client goals based on their deep understanding of the ins and outs of their clients’ businesses (not just digital) and they proactively bring innovative strategy, holistic ideas, and leadership to help clients meet their overarching business goals.
