About The Position

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Paid Social with demonstrated success across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams, including senior individual contributors.
  • Ability to clearly communicate and connect social strategies to broader marketing channels.
  • Proficient in utilizing automation tools and analytics for measurement and growth optimization.
  • Experience in financial management related to marketing channels; collaboration with finance teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to effectively communicate with senior clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own senior-stakeholder relationships and the growth agenda; align business goals with comprehensive social plans.
  • Lead onboarding, transitions, and escalations swiftly; identify renewal and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Orchestrate platform automation usage across teams; pilot and scale innovative solutions.
  • Embed insights in planning; ensure strong feedback loops with product and analytics.
  • Establish effective measurement practices; set clear success thresholds and monitor growth.
  • Ensure high data quality and health; focus on financial narratives and decision accuracy.
  • Connect social strategies to broader marketing channels, demonstrating integrated planning for clients.
  • Educate clients and teams on industry shifts; innovate consistently based on current trends.
  • Act as a financial steward; manage resources, margin, and capacity effectively.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, establishing clear KPIs and feedback mechanisms.
